REFLUXING MEGAURETERS ASSOCIATED WITH PRI MARY LOW BLADDER CAPACITY -MICRACYSTIS-MEGAURETER-SYNDROME

The Megacystis-Megaureter-Syndrome has been described as an entity in which a congenital megacystis is associated with extreme refluxing meg aureters. Apart from this syndrome, in some cases of high-grade vesico renal reflux we are confronted with bladders of a comparatively low ca pacity. We present a four-year-old boy with high-grade bilateral vesic orenal reflux and a low bladder capacity (25 ml). Diagnostics, finding s and therapy are demonstrated.
