Abstract
A zinc(II)-cyclen complex, which is a highly selective host for thymid ine (dT) and uridine (U) in aqueous solution at physiological pH, inhi bits both poly(A)-poly(U) hybridization and poly(U)-directed polypheny lalanine synthesis.
