Abstract
To show the feeding, economical interests of meals from animal origin in the ration of monogastrics in Tunisia, the authors substituted part ially soybean meal by fish, meat, blood or feather meals in the food o f broilers. Results are interesting, especially for fish meal, owing t o the good biological value of its proteins.
