Abstract
A seven-month old girl developed a peculiar asymmetrical pendular nyst agmus after varicella infection, suggesting neurological disease. No n euro-ophthalmological signs were found. Neuro-imaging, however, reveal ed an unexpectedly large chiasmal tumor.
