Abstract
The reliable operation of UNK superconducting magnets necessitates the temperature margin required for their stable performance in the opera ting cycle and emergency current removal. The temperature mode under r eal operational conditions of magnets has been analyzed. The design va lue of the temperature margin of dipole superconducting coils has been compared with experimental values obtained during tests of the pre-pr oduction batch of SC dipole magnets.
