Abstract
We present an unusual case of in utero adrenal hemorrhage associated w ith fetal distress. This case was further complicated by transient neo natal hypertension that resolved spontaneously and a nonfunctioning ip silateral kidney. We discuss the possible underlying pathophysiology.
