Abstract
The authors describe the bone scan flare phenomenon in a patient with treated skeletal lymphoma. This was confirmed by both gallium scanning and computed tomography. If serial bone scintigraphy is used for asse ssing the treatment response of lymphoma, the flare phenomenon must be recognized.
