Abstract
Eleven patients diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome were found to have abnormal left ventricular myocardial dynamics as indicated on MUG A studies. Among the abnormalities noted were abnormal wall motion at rest and stress, dilatation of the left ventricle, and segmental wall motion abnormalities.
