Abstract
We study a 2 + 1 dimensional system with an electron subject to a magn etic monopole field. Eigenvalues and eigenfunctions for bound states a re obtained via supersymmetric quantum mechanics. scattering states an d the cross section are also given. A self-consistent picture for the electron-monopole system is pointed out.
