Abstract
Two tetracyclic diterpene polyesters, paralinones A and B, with a new carbon framework, were isolated from an acetone extract of the whole p lant of Euphorbia paralias. The structures of the compounds were eluci dated by high field spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR techniques and X-ray crystallography. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd .
