Abstract
The q-deformed Moszkowski model with cranking is studied in the mean-f ield approximation. It is shown that the residual interaction simulate d by the q-deformation is felt more strongly by states with large J(z) . The high-spin states are studied and a sum rule in the rotating fram e is obtained. The influence of the q-deformation on the transition be tween bands and the relationship between q-deformation and temperature are discussed.
