Abstract
The possibilities of using an aspheric mirror in the form of an ellips oid of revolution in the scanning system of a high-speed camera are st udied, and ways of optimizing the parameters of the optical system by minimizing the aberrations are also analyzed. Such an aspheric mirror, besides scanning, serves the function of a collecting lens, which sub stantially simplifies the camera design.
