Abstract
A method of situation logical control (SLC) for a routine switching is reviewed. The method involves automatic diagnostics of pattern situat ion recognition in electrical switchgear, automatic control decision-m aking and routine switching by personnel under logical system control. An approach to creating a computer control system for SLC is proposed , and the method of synthesizing situation-diagnostic algorithms is sh own. It is shown that practical implementation of the SLC method is ti mely and feasible, taking into account the wide introduction of comput er control systems in power engineering.
