Dependences B(H) for curve magnetization (according to the well-known
Frolich formula) and for the static hysteresis loop are obtained on th
e basis of certain assumptions concerning the nature of ordering and d
isordering of a ferromagnetic material during alternating magnetizatio
n. The close relationship of the suggested expression for B(H) with ex
periment is shown by the linearization method. Analysis of the express
ion for B(H) shows that differential magnetic permeability changes sud
denly at the apex of the hysteresis loop and in the steepest part of t
he loop. The relations between the parameters of Frolich's and Sanford
's formulae and also between saturation magnetization and maximum valu
es of the residual induction and coercive force are obtained. These re
lations are consistent with published data.
