Abstract
The dynamics of intratumoral pH changes during 24 h has been studied b y constructed adequate mathematical models. The degree of manifestatio n of structural disorders in 5 transplanted tumours of rats with intra venous artificial hyperglycemia at different terms after transplantati on has been analyzed. It was found that antitumour activity of artific ial hyperglycemia increased with the tumour growth, but to different d egree for each tumour type. It is suggested to use dynamics of intratu moural pH in case of artifical hyperglycemia as one of factors for pro gnosis of the treatment efficiency.
