Abstract
The thermal emf and Nernst-Ettinghausen effect have been measured in H g1-xFexSe samples doped with iron to various concentrations (0<x<0.02) at 10-45 K. The experimental data indicate that a phonon drag of elec trons plays a significant role in the thermal emf and Nernst-Ettinghau sen coefficients at low temperatures. Kinetic coefficients are examine d theoretically for various phonon relaxation mechanisms. The theoreti cal results are compared with experimental data.
