Abstract
The conductivity mechanisms, x-ray emission spectra, and thermal condu ctivity of boron compounds MB66 (where M is a rare-earth element) have been studied in the homogeneity region of these compounds. Regardless of the composition, the properties of the compounds are found to be s imilar to those of amorphous semiconductors.
