Intraorbital meningiomas are uncommon tumours that usually represent e
xtension from a primary intracranial tumour. Trauma has been proposed
by Cushing and Eisenhardt as an etiologic factor in the development of
meningioma following head injury. We report a case of primary post-tr
aumatic intraorbital meningioma and discuss its pathogenesis and manag
ement.
