Abstract
A gold ultramicroelectrode was designed for use at high temperature in glass-corrosive media. Its electrochemical behavior was tested in roo m temperature aqueous medium and in Li2CO3-Na2CO3-K2CO3 eutectic melt at 650-degrees-C. Steady-state voltammograms were obtained at scan rat es up to 75 mV . s-1.
