Elastic scattering of electron on positronium below the Ps (n = 2) thr
eshold is studied by directly solving the modified Faddeev equations i
n the total-angular-momentum representation. Resonant behavior of phas
e shifts near the threshold, due to double-excited states of the (e-e-
e+) system, is obtained. Estimated positions of the resonances are in
good agreement with previous results of a complex-coordinate rotation
method [Y. K. Ho, Phys. Lett. 102A, 384 (1984) and references therein]
