Abstract
A computer program for testing the survival of a substructure in an un known by calculating theoretical H-1-NMR subspectra has been developed . In addition, a program for assisting H-1-NMR signal assignment on th e basis of the above program has been developed. The usefulness of the se programs is Presented using several examples.
