Abstract
Two sets of constitutive equations are presented for single-crystal ma terials. The first, developed at the Ecole des Mines in Paris, is base d on slip system theory. The second is the generalization of the const itutive equations for cyclic behavior, developed at ONERA, to the case of anisotropic materials with cubic symmetry. Both models have been i mplemented in the SAMCEF finite element code, and some applications we re made to industrial structures. The results obtained with the two mo dels compare fairly well.
