Abstract
A pharmacokinetic model of uranium metabolism suitable both for biosas say and dosimetric purposes has been developed incorporating recycling between organs and plasma. This model is consistent with the informat ion on uranium metabolism in both animals and man, and applicable to m an. Excretion of U is almost 100% urinary. The model consists of a sys temic part integrated with the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts .
