The effect of interferences of magnesium, strontium and ammonium on th
e determination of lead by flame atomic spectrophotometry has been inv
estigated. Ascrobic acid, citric acid and EDTA were used successfully
for leveling the interfering effects caused by magnesium, stronium and
ammonium at varying concentrations.
