A type II 3-dehydroquinase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis has been cr
ystallized in the presence of 6% polyethyleneglycol 6000. Data from th
ese crystals have been collected to a resolution of 2.2 Angstrom on a
rotating anode X-ray source. The space group has been determined as F2
3 with unit cell dimensions of a=b=c=127.8 Angstrom . There is one mol
ecule in the asymmetric unit.
