By numerically solving the Schrodinger equation for-small sizes we inv
estigate the quantum critical point of the infinite-range Ising spin g
lass in a transverse held at zero temperature. Despite its simplicity
the method yields accurate information on the value of the critical fi
eld and critical exponents. We obtain Gamma(c) = 1.47 +/- 0.01 and che
ck that exponents are in agreement with analytical approaches.
