Abstract
The aim of this paper is to show the composition of household waste in Greece. The analysis carried out on the Waste in Greece cover the 60% of its population. In comparison to other countries analyses an incre ased percentage of vegetable (putresible) and plastics is observed. Th e values for Pb, Zn and Cu are low, while the value of Cd is increased .
