Abstract
In children, subaortic stenosis can be discrete or diffuse and often o ccurs with other significant cardiovascular lesions. Surgical manageme nt of this condition is associated with varying complexities and risks according to the types of associated defects. This review presents ge neral and specific principles of surgical management of subaortic sten osis.
