Abstract
This study compared Anxiety Management Training (AMT) and Systematic R ational Restructuring (SRR) for reducing self-reported mathematics anx iety in college students. Results indicated that participants in both groups significantly reduced their anxiety and increased their mathema tics performance when compared with a control group (WLC). There was n o difference between the two treatment groups on anxiety or performanc e.
