Abstract
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is an uncommon quasineoplasti c process occurring in young-patients. Splenic involvement is uncommon and occurs predominantly in older, adult patients. We present the you ngest patient reported to date with splenic inflammatory myofibroblast ic tumor and discuss the clinical, pathological and imaging features o f this lesion.
