Abstract
The possibility of voltamperometric determination of germanium in semi conductor Pb1-xGexTe materials using the reaction of formation of moly bdogermanic heteropolyacids (MGA) and adsorption concentration of the latter on the surface of a carbon paste electrode is studied. The meth od developed offers the advantage of revealing fine differences in the composition of analyzed specimens, which is impossible to do by X-ray phase analysis. The method is simple in application and makes it poss ible to analyze milligram-weight samples.
