The present review systematizes the equations relating the intensity o
f fluorescence with the composition of the radiator (the ct equations)
. The techniques for on of the influence coefficients are described an
d the procedures accounting for the dependence of the coefficients on
the sample composition are compared. The accuracy of analysis is shown
to correlate with the validity of the approximation C(i) = f(I(i)),
which is used to find the desired content as order approximation.
