Abstract
The properties of the structural twins in RBa2Cu3O7-delta compounds ar e investigated in a wide range of temperatures in the framework of the suggested model. The dependence of the size of the twins versus tempe rature is considered. The temperature interval of the sharp increase o f twin size with increase of the temperature is found.
