Abstract
Pathogenesis of Sweet's syndrome (acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosi s) is unknown. This disease is significantly associated with acute mye loblastic leukemia and various other malignancies. We report the first association of Sweet's syndrome with pancreatitis. The link between b oth diseases is thought to be either a common etiopathogenic pathway, or a chance association.
