B-]S-GAMMA AND B-]SG - A THEORETICAL REAPPRAISAL

We present upgraded theoretical predictions for inclusive and exclusiv e radiative decays of B mesons. Our results include those next-to-lead ing order corrections that have already been computed. Our best estima tes in the Standard Model are BR(B --> Kgamma) = (4.3 +/- 0.9(-1.0)+1 .4) x 10(-5), BR(B --> X(s)gamma) = (1.9 +/- 0.2 +/- 0.5) x 10(-4), GA MMA(B --> Kgamma)/GAMMA(B --> X(s)gamma) = 0.23 +/- 0.09 and BR(B --> X(s)g) = (1.57 +/- 0.15(-0.59)+0.86 +/- 0.23) X 0.23) X 10(-3). We al so consider limits found with two-Higgs-doublet models.
