Abstract
We describe Doppler signals in artery-to-artery anastomoses of two mon ochorionic twin pregnancies. Flow velocity waveforms demonstrated cycl ic changes in systolic velocities with intermittent reversal of end-di astolic velocities. A computer model showed that this was the result o f two opposing pulsatile blood flow waveforms with different velocitie s and frequencies.
