Abstract
We describe a case of T-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia wit h trisomy 5 as the sole cytogenetic anomaly. This is only the second s uch case reported in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). A review of t his rare abnormality and the associated clinical features is presented .
