Sv. Savelev et al., EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETIC-FIELDS ON EXPERIMENTAL DEVELOPMENTAL ABNORMALITIES IN AMPHIBIANS, Bulletin of experimental biology and medicine, 117(2), 1994, pp. 184-187
Electromagnetic fields are shown not to reduce the viability of amphib
ian embryos for either a short-term or a long-term exposure. The numbe
r of abnormal embryos drops under the influence of electromagnetic fie
lds (a 3-h exposure being the most effective). An increased tempo of e
mbryo development is observed for all times of exposure.
