Abstract
Limit values serve to assess potential resulting from hazardous substa nces in the breathing air of man. Limit values set up for private sphe res of life and other indoor atmospheres are compared with limit value s applying to workplaces. The authors explain why atmospheric limit va lues for flats and other interior rooms have to be neatly below those for workplaces.
