Abstract
We give an upper bound on the finite block length capacity of a discre te time nonstationary Gaussian channel with feedback. With the aid of minimization of a quadratic form, it is proved that the feedback capac ity C(n,FB)(P) and the nonfeedback capacity C(n)(P) satisfY Cn(P) less -than-or-equal-to C(n.FB)(P) less-than-or-equal-to C(n)(P) where P* i s concretely given.
