EXPERIMENTAL-STUDY OF THE REACTION PP-]PP-PI(0) IN THE ENERGY-RANGE 600-900 MEV

The detailed study of the reaction pp --> pppi0 was carried out at sev en energies of the incident proton in the region 600-900 MeV. Energy s pectra, angular, and effective mass distributions were analyzed. The a nalysis was performed in the framework of the one-pion exchange model. Taking into account only the P-33 wave in the pole diagrams allows on e to obtain good agreement with experimental data on various different ial distributions. At the same time the predictions for total cross se ctions are much lower than the experimental data.
