Abstract
The refractive index of quaternary nitride alloys is calculated for th e transparent ultraviolet to green wavelength range (370-565nm) by non linear interpolation of binary alloy parameters measured. Results give n as function of composition for different substrates show strong devi ations from linear interpolations.
