Abstract
The cascade of magnetic phase transitions from the paramagnetic phase to the phase of coexistence of ferri-and antiferromagnetism that been studied in Fe(a-x)Mn(x)As alloys at a almost-equal-to 1.5. A phenomeno logical model for explanation of results is proposed. The model is bas ed on Moriya ideas on interaction of magnetic modes of different symme tries.
