Abstract
Aerosolized pentamidine is a common prophylaxis against Pneumocystis c arinii pneumonia. Aerozolized pentamidine have exceptionnaly been asso ciated with systemic toxicity. We report the third case of acute diabe tes mellitus following aerosolized pentamidine. We suggest to control the blood glucose level before or after each aerosol.
