Abstract
A 38-year-old man with systemic lupus erythematosus had nodular cutane ous mucinosis, leukocytoclastic vasculitis, and a vesiculobullous erup tion. Immunopathologic study of a bullous lesion revealed granular dep osits of IgA and IgG along the basement membrane zone. Localization of immune deposits to the lamina and sublamina densa was confirmed by im munoelectron microscopy.
