Nonequilibrium unisothermal fractional condensation of nebular gas is
considered in terms of mathematical modeling. The gas equilibrium is a
ssumed only at the condensed particle surface. Such particle (r approx
imately 2mum) is predicted to have a zonal structure corresponding to
the nonequilibrium character of the condensation process. The final co
ndencation product is stable in wide P-T interval and presumably could
be considered as corresponidng to the average chemical composition of
terrestrial planets. The equilibrium mineral assemblage of the conden
sate we notate as ''solar chondrite'' comprised of Ol, Px, FlSp, Fe0.9
2Ni0.08, troilite, chromite, tephroite and carbon.
