It is found that HTSC single crystals share a common feature with cera
mics - a change of the sign of the slope in the temperature dependence
of the Ohmic resistance at certain frequencies, when the sign at dire
ct current is positive. This feature was investigated on Y-, Er- and D
y-based single crystals. The frequency, at which Ohmic resistance beco
mes temperature-independent, is found to correlate with the dc transpo
rt properties.
