Abstract
The retroperitoneal perforation of the colon is rare and our observati ons illustrate its two modes of revelation: a retroperitoneal suppurat ion; it must be traited quickly in order to decrease the mortality. No te that the abscess of the thigh is exceptionnal. retroperitoneal perf orations during colonoscopy whose treatment (initialy medical) become surgical if there is no clinical improvement.
