Abstract
Let H be a group with finite generating set A, and growth series eta(t ) with respect to A. Then the growth series of H(sic)(Z x Z(2)) with r espect to the finite generating set A boolean OR {(1, 0), (0, 1)} is e xplicitly calculated, in terms of eta(t).
