Abstract
We report two patients with lithium toxicity and cerebellar signs. In the first case, the patient presented with acute poisoning, whereas th e second suffered from long lasting sequelae. A kinematic and electrom yographic study of rapid wrist movements was performed Hypermetria was obvious in both cases and due to a delayed onset antagonist activity.
